⭕ Hand-rolled sushi
① Season the cooked rice with vinegar and sugar to make sushi rice.
②Cut cucumbers, fried eggs, natto, ham, carrots, cauliflower, large leaves, lettuce, zawaan, cheese, meat, tuna sashimi, scallop, and crab.
③ Place the seaweed cut in half on the left hand and spread the sushi rice thinly. Put your favorite thing on the sushi rice and roll it lightly with your left hand. Serve with wasabi soy sauce or mayonnaise soy sauce.
