If you’ve always had an interest in Japanese cuisine and matcha, and wondered how you can reproduce some of the Japanese dishes and creamy non-sweet matcha you’ve had before, come join us at our cooking class in Osaka.
All the ingredients including flour are organic, and the takoyaki sauce is home made additive-free sauce and mayonnaise.
If you make takoyaki with my recipe, the outside will have crunchy texture while the inside is melty, and it has savory taste.
Terumi will add a bowl of maitake & onion miso soup which is made with her home made miso, and traditional citrus salad.
But that’s not all! For beverages, mineral water, and home made plum wine soda will be served. After eating a complete meal, let's go to matcha whisking. Enjoy your whisked matcha with a traditional vegan confectionery.
If you have food allergy, and food restriction, please tell me in advance.
I’m Osaka person.
My passion is meeting people with food and tea culture, and sharing my passion for your healthier life. During the pandemic, I graduated from Japanese Holistic College, and cured my families and friends who have gut issues for a few years.

My love for food started from very young age. After living in US for school, and loved to travel around overseas, I got even more obsessed with international cuisines and Japanese tea cultures. So I launched my worldwide Cooking Class in 2008 to Japanese people, and launched my Japanese Cooking Class and Local Tour to people from oversea in 2020.

★★★★★We had an amazing time with Terumi, she welcomed us into her home and was friendly, funny, very knowledgeable and a lovely person to be with and an amazing cook. We cannot express our gratitude enough on how she treated us like friends and even put the Rugby on TV for us to watch whilst we are dessert. If you visit Osaka, this experience is the one you definitely have to try! We highly recommend the Takoyaki cooking class with Terumi.
