・Crab and Tuna Inside-Out Sushi Rolls, Salmon Mini Sushi Balls
Welcome to this online sushi making lesson!
I will be connected to you online from my kitchen in Tokyo and we will make sushi together. No worries, I don’t use ingredients which are hard to find.In this class, I am using ingredients which are easy to find even if you are outside Japan. After an hour experience, you will understand how to get the rice on the outside of inside out rolls and also make mini sushi balls.
In first half time, I will talk about ingredients, prepare sushi rice and fillings. Once we are finished preparation then we will move on to rolls. During the class, I will be able to answer any questions.
*You’ll need an internet connection and the ability to to participate via "zoom". A link and will be included in your booking confirmation email.
*Please prepare below ingredients and tools before the class starts.
(one person - one roll and two balls)
160g cooked rice
15cc rice vinegar
2tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 sheet of seaweed (nori)
2 sticks of crab meat
1 tbsp of canned tuna
1/2tbsp mayonnaise
1 log of cucumber
2 tbsp of white sesame
2 slices of smoked salmon
wasabi
soy sauce
(tools)
plastic wrap
bamboo mat (if you don't have it, please prepare a kitchen towel)
mixing bowl (for sushi rice)
rice paddle (or a spatula or spoon)
