In this cooking class, we will make okonomiyaki together. Okonomiyaki is one of the most famous dishes in Osaka. Okonomiyaki is similar to pancakes, but contains cabbage andsliced pork. First, cut vegetables and meat. Then make a dough with flour and eggs. Mix the batter, vegetables and meat and bake. Make the sauce and pour the sauce over the okonomiyaki. Top with bonito flakes to finish.
Hi! I'm Yuka Isobe. I am a professor at a national university in Japan. I have worked at the Faculty of Education for more than 30 years.My major is Food science and Dietary education.
