A delicate creation where shimmering, jewel-like jelly cubes reflect the light, just like hydrangea petals after a soft rain.

The Secret Heart
Inside lies a soft, chewy "Gyuhi" (sweet mochi) embracing a smooth white bean paste. We’ve infused it with finely minced marmalade to add a refreshing, sophisticated citrus note—a pâtissier’s signature twist on tradition.
