- "Hi, my name is Toshie. I love traveling and cooking. When I went to Thailand, I experienced cooking local foods there. It was a really wonderful experience for me, and l began to think of teaching Japanese dishes in Tokyo. I had learned making sushi from a professional sushi chef and now l enjoy teaching foreigners how to make sushi. Please come and join us! You’ll also have a chance to know Japanese sake. If you like, please tell me so in advance. I hope you can enjoy Japanese foods and culture through cooking during your stay in Japan!!"
