- "Hi, my name is Toshie. I love traveling and cooking. When I went to Thailand, I experienced cooking local foods there. It was a really wonderful experience for me, and l began to think of teaching Japanese dishes in Tokyo. I had learned making sushi from a professional sushi chef and now l enjoy teaching foreigners how to make sushi. Please come and join us! We will use many kinds of Japanese cooking tools during the class. You will learn many tips and techniques from us. You’ll also have a chance to know Japanese sake and (additional option) If you like, please tell me so in advance. I hope you can enjoy Japanese foods and culture through cooking during your stay in Japan!!"
