Also we make two side dishes and Miso Soup to go with the Inari-zushi.
Then time to eat healthy!!
Hi, my name is Toshie.
I love traveling and cooking.
When I went to Thailand, I experienced cooking local foods there. It was a really great experience for me and after that l began to think of teaching Japanese dishes in Tokyo.
I had learned making sushi from a professional sushi chef so now l enjoy teaching foreigners how to make sushi. Please come and visit us! You’ll also have a chance to know Japanese cultures like kimono and Japanese calligraphy(writing your name in KANJI, Chinese character). I hope you can enjoy Japanese foods and culture through cooking during your stay in Japan!!
