Inari-zushi (sushi pocket), Miso soup, 2 side dishes and Matcha (green tea)
Inari-zushi (Sushi Pocket) is a kind of sushi, an oval shaped sushi rice ball wrapped in a deep fried tofu (bean curd).
First, we simmer the fried tofu with salty sweet sauce. Then prepare the sushi rice and wrap the sushi ball into this sauced fried tofu.
Also we make two side dishes and Miso Soup to go with the Inari-zushi.
Then time to eat healthy!!
Hi, my name is Toshie.
I love traveling and cooking.
When I went to Thailand, I experienced cooking local foods there. It was a really great experience for me and after that l began to think of teaching Japanese dishes in Tokyo.
I had learned making sushi from a professional sushi chef so now l enjoy teaching foreigners how to make sushi. Please come and visit us! You’ll also have a chance to know Japanese cultures like kimono and Japanese calligraphy（writing your name in KANJI, Chinese character). I hope you can enjoy Japanese foods and culture through cooking during your stay in Japan!!
