Start by making sushi rice. With a few practices you will be making two kinds of sushi, Nigiri Sushi and Sushi Roll.
Together prepare two side dishes and miso soup from broth. Let’s have fun and you will be making your own sushi in no time!
Three kinds of sake will be served Toby with sushi. You will be able to learn about three different sake and enjoy tasting them.

When I went to Thailand, I experienced cooking local foods there. It was a really wonderful experience for me, and l began to think of teaching Japanese dishes in Tokyo.
I had learned making sushi from a professional sushi chef and now l enjoy teaching foreigners how to make sushi. Please come and join us! You’ll also have a chance to know Japanese sake. If you like, please tell me so in advance.
