    Inari Sushi

    Inarizushi is stuffed in seasoned Aburaage tofu pouch. Inarizushi is technically sushi, but it is not something you order at nice sushi restaurants. It is easily found at supermarket delis, but, as you know, home made is the best. Inarisushi is a very casual food and a perfect lunch for picnics because it’s best eaten right from your hands.

    Miso Soup

    Miso soup is a traditional Japanese soup. It's base is "dashi" (Japanese fish stock) and Miso paste. Common added ingredients are Tofu, Green onion and deep‐fried tofu but differs by personal preference. The type of miso is different from region. In western and Easter Japan white miso is mostly used.

Cooking Class Information

In this class, you can learn how to make inari sushi of a traditional Japanese dish.
Inarizushi is fried tofu skin cooked in sweet dashi broth and filled with vinegared rice. In Japan, it has been eaten and enjoyed since the Edo period (about 400 years ago).
The juicy taste of fried tofu fills your mouth as you eat it. Let's learn how to make this addictive recipe!
Also, you can learn how to make miso soup, omelet, and spinach with sesame paste, which are indispensable Japanese home cooking.

I also think about the health of the people who eat them, and I cook with sincerity because I want to see their smiles. Japan is proud of its food culture, which values caring for others. Therefore, Patia's Japanese Cooking Class started a cooking class for foreign tourists visiting Japan with the desire to share such Japanese food culture with people around the world. In Patia's Japanese Cooking Class, an English-speaking cooking instructor will give a lecture. You can learn one of three courses, from standard dishes that Japanese people love, to traditional sushi rolls, and chara-ben(charactor bento). A special experience that can only be experienced here, which you can't get at a restaurant! The venue is a cooking studio in Tokyo. The spacious and clean kitchen space is very comfortable! Please heal the fatigue of your trip with pleasant exchanges and delicious meals. We are looking forward to seeing you all.
