2. Prepare and cook rice. Then make vinegard rice.
3. Cut fishes into pieces for sushi called "Neta".
4. Important Process: make nigiri using vinegard rice and neta with profecional tequnics and put the sushi on the plate in the proper order with appropriate manner.
5. Let's enjoy Sushi with Hot green tea!
