Cooking Class Information

In this class, we serve steamed dishes so that you can enjoy the taste of Kyoto's local vegetables.

Itadakimafu is served with a handmade sauce made from ancient Japanese malt.

Koji has benefits such as promoting digestion and absorption and regulating the intestinal environment. You can also expect effects such as fatigue recovery, skin beautification, and immunity enhancement.

Steamed dishes are cooked by using steam to replenish the moisture in the ingredients, so the nutrients and flavor can be retained in the ingredients.

It is also known as a healthy dish because it removes excess fats and oils.
