Vegetable Sushi & Japanese Dashi Soup Experience

Join me for a fun and delicious cooking class where you'll learn how to make colorful vegetable sushi using fresh, seasonal Japanese ingredients!

In this class, we’ll create beautiful and healthy “veggie sushi” — a plant-forward twist on traditional sushi, perfect for those who want to enjoy the flavors of Japan in a lighter, vibrant way.

You’ll also discover the secrets of making authentic Japanese dashi, a gentle and flavorful broth that’s the foundation of many traditional dishes. We’ll use kombu (kelp) and shiitake mushrooms to create a clear, delicate osuimono-style soup.

To finish, we’ll enjoy some seasonal Japanese fruits — fresh, naturally sweet, and a wonderful way to experience the taste of the season in Japan.
