In our class, you will have the opportunity to work with a professional sushi chef to experience making two or three different types of sushi and miso soup. Professional chef will offer a complete journey through the origin, development, and evolution of Japanese sushi.
At the beginning of the class, the sushi chef will use images or videos to introduc the history and essential knowledge of sushi. You will also learn about the various knives and tools used in sushi preparation, the types of fish commonly used, and how to make vinegared rice (sushi rice).Then, chef will teach you detailed technique of sushi making.
