In this class, you'll learn how to make vegan sushi and Japanese homestyle dishes in a warm, cozy Tokyo kitchen.

Together, we’ll prepare traditional dishes like teriyaki eggplant, dengaku tofu, and hand-rolled sushi using seasonal, plant-based ingredients. You’ll also learn about Japanese food culture — from umami techniques to the spirit of gratitude behind every meal.

The kitchen is just 20 minutes from Shinjuku, but you'll feel the calm of a local neighborhood. Tatami, natural light, and mindful cooking will welcome you into the peaceful heart of Tokyo.
