Enjoy learning how to make beautiful and delicious soup stock and chnge it into miso soup.
You’ll be able to make miso soup with many kinds of ingredients after this lesson.
[Fluffy egg roll]
Let’s try to cook fluffy, juicy and tasty egg roll. Egg rolls are Japanese typical dishes and every mother have their own style.
[Sushi]
In this cooking class, we can cook 3 kinds of authentic sushi roll with seafoods and vegetables.
The lesson will proceed as follows:
1) start by cooking rice for sushi with short grain rice. There are some tips for making sushi rice delicious!
2) prepare soup stock and cook miso soup.
3) prepare the ingredients for sushi and make it into rolls and temari sushi.
I will show you how to roll up the sushi, then it's your time to try!
You’ll make a regular roll, a thin roll, and inside out roll (California roll), too.
4) cook fluffy egg roll
5) make easy Japanese sweets and green tea.
It’s so fun and I will support you!
You can also enjoy setting a table with modern Japanese style tableware.
I’ll meet you either Asagaya(JC08) or Nakamurabashi(SI07) and go to my house with my car. For the group of more than 5 people, you need split into 2 groups and 1 need follow my car with taxi.
I will explain you about what we are going to make according to my recipe. I will give you my recipe as a gift!
