In my class you can learn how to making Scattered Sushi and Tempura and Japanese sweets.
This colorful sushi with various toppings is often served during happy occasions like Hinamatsuri (Girl’s Day) in Japan. This style's Sushi is most easiest and also you can enjoy arranging beautiful toppings.
About Tempura, you can try making tempura butter and fly with a oil. Please learn the technique to fly.
The dessert is Japanese sweets call Anmitsu. The ingredients are jelly, fruit, anko (beans paste). No meat in this course.
