Japanese sweets are mainly sweets called “Ohagi” made from kinako and anko, which are actually cooked from glutinous rice. Matcha with Japanese sweets in a tea ceremony is the best tea time because it becomes easy to drink unsweetened matcha by foaming and making it mild.
