I was born and grew up in Kyoto.
I would like you to taste the taste of vegetables and rice which are harvested in this place.

I believe that Japanese food should be casual and daily food. So I want to cook with the japanese dish whichi is focused on the taste od the material itself, harvested for local cconsumption and healthy for your body.

Thanks for opening your home Yuko, we really enjoyed the cooking experience and at home, we will try to make the dish from start to finish! Be aware of the chili oil ;-)

To Kevin Thank you for choosing my cooking class from among the many lessons available. It was a lot of fun spending time with you both. I'm also happy to hear that you said you will make the dish in your own country as well. Kevin, be careful with chili oil. YUKO
