My name is Eri. I've been living in the U.K for over 20 years and I currently run Japanese cookery classes from home.
I will be back in Japan during a summer 2020 for 6 weeks or so. If you are there and you'd like to learn how to cook traditional Japanese food with me, please get in touch.
I will make sure to get ready for ingredients which you can buy in England and be able to make it when you return home.
