Okonomiyaki
Okonomiyaki is a kind of Japanese pancake. I put sliced pork,bean sprouts,eggs,sliced cabbage,Japanese white radish and flour.

Miso soup and Tsukudani with rice
Japanese style breakfast is the best for our family.Bring various vegetables ,tofu and other ingredients to boil in fish stock.
After turning the gas range off, I add the miso paste.

Tsukudani
Tsukudani is a stewed dish based on sugar and soy sauce,such as shelfish,small fish and kelp or other ingredients.

Notes :
>Do not drink alcohol.

>Participation in this class is from 11:00 to 14:00.

>It costs 6000 per person.
Please tell the person who would like to try a kimono on beforehand at an application.

    Okonomiyaki

    Okonomiyaki is a Japanese savory pancake, made with flour, eggs, shredded cabbage, meat and toppings as you like. This variability is reflected in the dish's name: "okonomi" literally means "to one's liking". You can eat it everywhere in Japan, but especially Okonomiyaki made Hiroshima style and Osaka style are the most famous.

    Rice is a staple food in Japan. In all most every family, there is a rice cooker. There is variety of Japanese rice brands such as Koshihikari and Hitomebore.

  • Miso Soup

    Miso Soup

    Miso soup is a traditional Japanese soup. It's base is "dashi" (Japanese fish stock) and Miso paste. Common added ingredients are Tofu, Green onion and deep‐fried tofu but differs by personal preference. The type of miso is different from region. In western and Easter Japan white miso is mostly used.

Okonomiyaki :
We put sliced pork, sliced cabbage ,eggs ,
bean sprouts ,white radish ,and flour.
We use big hot plate .

Rice:
We use a clay pot .
Because I don't have a rice cooker.

Miso soup and tsukudani
We use pot .
I recommend to eat tsukudani with rice.

Local pickles:
It is a eggplant ,we called "mizunasu".
You can make how to know this local pickles ,cooking is knowing.
We use storage box and "nuka"rice bran.
