・Temarisushi and Japanese soup
Temarisushi is made the sushi round and cute.This dish is often eaten with Japanese peach festival．Peach festival is for little girl.Also used as a hospitality dish.
The soup is clear and fragrant.We use Temarifu,that is unique to japan.It's very beautiful soup!
At first,we make sumeshi.You season the rice with vinegar and mix well.Glossy vinegared rice can be made with a fan.Next,you prepare ingredients.Raw fishes are sliced.Eggs are thinly baked and chopped.
Cucumber are chopped thinly,too.
You roll the vinegared rice and in gredients with a wrap and roll it up.
Soup uses soup stock.You float Temarifu in the warm soup.That's it,so easy!
