In this class, we cook Yakisoba as a main dish.
Yaki” means stair-fry, soba means noodles. It’s Japanese fried noodles.
We cut meat and vegetables, pan fry them, add yellow noodles and season with Japanese Yakisoba sauce.
If you get 1 bottle of Yakisoba sauce, you can easily make it at home.
Another dish, “potato salad“ is very popular salad in Japan.
We boil the potatoes, mash them and make cool.
On the other side, we prepare cucumbers, onions, boiled eggs etc, mix all together and season with mayonnaise and salt and peppers.
