Cooking Class Menu

・Temari Sushi
・Clear Soup with shell

Why do not you experience a Japanese festival meal? We will make Temari Sushi in this class. It is directly translated “Ball Sushi” because it is formed like a ball-shaped. Japanese eat this type of sushi to celebrate a Japanese traditional festival called “Hinamatsuri” We make sushi of small size using sashimi such as tuna and salmon octopus, eggs and rice. It is the same menu that I make for my daughter every year in our house. I will offer you Matcha if you want instead of tea!

I like Japanese food, but the food I made with the host was the most delicious than any Japanese food. Thank you for providing a wonderful experience.
