In this class, we can cook Japanese home Sushi together. Cook rice and add vinegar to make vinegared rice. Serve vinegared rice in a bowl and top with roasted egg and rape blossoms. Cut and boil the vegetables. Make a Sesami sauce. Sprinkle them on hot vegetables. We will also make a type of Japanese soup, Sumashijiru. Use dried-kelp and dried-bonito.The ingredients are white fish.
I have been running a home cooking class in Chitose-karasuyama for 40 years. I teach home-friendly Japanese home cooking using organic ingredients. I've taught more than 2,000 students so far.
