Our cooking experience with Sakiko was fantastic! Sakiko is very knowledgeable about the dishes we were making and explained the traditional way (I.e. non-vegan) of making them, too. She was very kind in answering all our questions, and didn't once laugh at our terrible gyoza wrapping skills! We would definitely recommend this experience to our friends :)

Sakiko was amazing! She is so sweet and put a lot of thought into creating two amazing recipes for us to learn! She explained why she chose her ingredients and how substitutions could be made. Five stars! I would highly recommend taking a class with her!

Our cooking lesson with Sakiko was awesome. We had a lot of fun learning how to cook Vegan Gyoza and Ramen. They were both super tasty! Would highly recommend this laid back evening cooking traditional Japanese meals!
This was one of the best experiences I had in Japan this year. Sakiko was a marvellous host, being both incredibly informative and friendly. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to try Vegan and Japanese cuisine
