This program will teach you traditional Tokyo-style nigiri sushi. You will make 6 pieces of nigiri sushi (tuna, salmon, yellowtail, shrimp, scallop, egg), 2 pieces of gunkan-maki (sushi wrapped in pressed seaweed) with salmon roe and flying fish roe, and a handroll (avocado, cucumber and kanpyo [seasoned gourd shavings]).
