In Japanese homes, there's a special day to celebrate and wish for girls to grow up healthy and happy.
In my class, we'll make the main dish for this celebration, called Hinamatsuri.
We'll create sushi dolls that represent the Emperor and Empress,
using a type of sushi called 'chirashi sushi.'
We make dolls of the Emperor and Empress using chirashi sushi,
also prepare a clear soup.
