Upon arrival, matcha latte will be served as a welcome drink in a Japanese tea ceremony style. Then we will make together colorful and decorative Temarizushi and Oshizushi which are perfect for entertaining. We will also show you how to make traditional Kyoto style Dashi (Japanese broth) for Osuimono. In addition to this menu, we will be serving homemade dessert. All our dishes will be arranged in a traditional Japanese setting with antique and artist"s tableware.
Our menus use ingredients that can be found in a nearby supermarket so it will be easy for you to try them back home. All recipes will be given as souvenirs.
Our class is in English and last for about two and a half hours. Aprons will be provided so please come empty-handed. While enjoying our dishes, we would love to talk not only about the menu but the places we recommend you to visit in Tokyo. We would be happy to help you make your trip memorable!
