    Ramen is a noodle soup dish and perhaps one of the most popular Japanese dishes. There are many flavours of ramen, such as Shoyu (soy sauce) ramen, Miso ramen, Tonkotsu (pork bone) ramen and so on. Common toppings are Chashu (braised pork), Negi (green onion) and Nori (dried seaweed).

    Gyoza is a dumpling using wrapping thing dough to hold the inner ingredients. Most commonly, minced pork, cabbage, Garlic and Leek. The origin of Gyoza is from China but it has evolved uniquely in Japan and now quite different from the Chinese one.

2. Creamy Soy Milk Tantanmen
Next, we will make a comforting bowl of Japanese Tantanmen. You’ll craft a silky broth using a smooth soy milk base combined with rich sesame paste and a hint of chili oil. We will top the freshly cooked noodles with seasoned minced pork for a deeply satisfying, well-balanced meal.
3. Enjoying Your Meal Together
Once everything is ready, we will sit down to enjoy your homemade feast paired with warm tea. You’ll gain a deeper appreciation for Japanese home-cooking traditions as you relax and enjoy your creations!

2. Tantanmen Cremoso de Leche de Soja
A continuación, prepararemos un reconfortante cuenco de Tantanmen japonés.
