  • Gyoza

    Gyoza

    Gyoza is a dumpling using wrapping thing dough to hold the inner ingredients. Most commonly, minced pork, cabbage, Garlic and Leek. The origin of Gyoza is from China but it has evolved uniquely in Japan and now quite different from the Chinese one.

We make two kinds of dishes, yakisoba and Gyoza.
I will give you my original recipe so you can make it at home even after you return to your home country.

My name is Bell.
I can speak a little English, French and Italian.
I have travelled to over 20 countries.
I like long stay travel.
When I was in France, I had the experience of making sushi for parties and events.

In addition, my main business is handmade artists who make Japanese accessories and interiors.
So, after the cooking class, you can optionally experience making handmade accessories of origami cranes if you want.

Our house is small and the kitchen is not large.
I'm not good at English but I will welcome you with great hospitality.

✤I will give you my original recipe for every lesson.
✤If you can't eat them all, you can take them home. Please purchase a to go bag.

※ It takes 15 minutes from Kyoto station by Train(410yen) or local bus(240yen)
※ It takes 7 minutes by train to Arashiyama representative town in Kyoto.

My house is located 10 minutes' walk from Katsura station (the nearest station)
I have a car so I can pick you up at the Katsura station.

There is a very big shopping mall near my house. I can take you there after cooking If you want.
