    Okonomiyaki is a Japanese savory pancake, made with flour, eggs, shredded cabbage, meat and toppings as you like. This variability is reflected in the dish's name: "okonomi" literally means "to one's liking". You can eat it everywhere in Japan, but especially Okonomiyaki made Hiroshima style and Osaka style are the most famous.

Nice to meet you! I am Towako(“Mrs.Soybean”'s owner).

Now I am also working as a Japanese language teacher to teach Japanese culture to people overseas.

Japan is a treasure trove of quality food. Japan has many wonderful foods for each of the four seasons.

Among them, soybeans are one of the most important ingredients that support Japanese food culture, such as miso, soy sauce, and tofu ....... You cannot talk about Japanese food culture without knowing about soybeans.

Soybeans are a rich source of protein for the Japanese, who were not in the habit of eating meat. Soybeans may be the reason why Japanese people live longer. With this in mind, I would like to introduce the soybean to the world.

We are holding a soybean class to encourage everyone in the world to incorporate soybeans into their daily lives and lead healthy lifestyles.

The members are myself and Junko(only Sunday).She is a nutritionist who has been cooking Japanese cuisine arranged to those who are rooted in Europe, Africa, South America, and Asia during her time living in London. And in charge of recipes and translation.
