In this class, you will learn how to make Osaka-style okonomiyaki and monjayaki —
two of the most beloved dishes in Japan.
The cooking experience takes about 1.5 to 2 hours.
We will introduce the history of the dishes while guiding you through the cooking process.
You can enjoy the okonomiyaki and monjayaki you make right from the griddle!
In addition, you can enjoy four side dishes and two drinks.
The lesson is conducted in English,
so please feel comfortable joining even if you don’t speak Japanese.
It will surely be one of the most unforgettable memories of your time in Tokyo.
