Hello! Nice to meet you. Our cooking class is run by Ayaka and Hideki, a friendly couple who have been living in Juso, Osaka for 15 years. Both of us love to cook and eat delicious food. Hideki has been working as a chef at a specialized beef and chicken restaurant for 15 years and is a professional with expert knowledge and skills in meat.

Ayaka is good at Japanese home cooking. She has many recipes that are even more delicious than those you find in restaurants and can make them herself. Ayaka’s dishes are not only tasty but also beautifully presented, and they are highly praised by friends and family.

We were both born and raised in Osaka. Our cheerful and warm personalities, typical of Osakans, create a homely and relaxed atmosphere, as if you were visiting a friend’s house. We offer authentic cooking experiences and local interaction.

We provide detailed original recipes, so after the experience, you can cook for your loved ones back home. Take home not only the cooking skills but also the memories and stories of Japan along with photos.

We are not very good at foreign languages, but we will do our best to communicate with the help of translations and gestures, so please don’t worry.

We look forward to meeting all of you.
