We will cook home style ramen broth and ramen toppings like grilled pork, seasoned egg and the other toppings, and Gyoza from scratch. All recipes were created by me to recreate easily at home. In general, it takes long time, like a few days, to make ramen broth but you will learn how to cook ramen broth made from chicken within 30 mins without instant soup stock. You will know secret tips to make ramen noodle when you can not buy it. Firstly, I will explain all ingredients to make the dishes. Then, I will demonstrate how to make all the dishes and we will cook together. Finally, we will eat them and enjoy chatting after finish cooking.
WHAT TO EXPECT
・Understand basic Japanese ingredients
・Learn how to prepare all the ingredients to make ramen soup and the toppings
・Learn how to make gyoza skin and gyoza filling
・Learn how to wrap gyoza and grill
My lessons are not only about watching demonstrations but also putting them into practice as I want to give you enough information to help you cook them again when you return home. Moreover, I can suggest which ingredients are better to use instead of Japanese one since I struggled to get them while living in abroad.

* Children ages 4 and up are welcome for our classes. However they must be given strict parental supervision since there will be something dangerous such as hot stoves and sharp knives in a kitchen. In addition, please note that we do not have furniture and knives made for kids.
Hi, I am Saeko. I run my own cooking studio, and work as a professional food stylist and a recipe creator for 3 years. I was born and raised in Osaka. I used to work as a Japanese chef in Denmark and traveled over 20 countries. Living abroad, I get to experience cooking and teaching my foreign friends how to cook Japanese foods. It was very enjoyable. And, I am really passionate about exploring or discovering food and learning the ways of cooking. I would like to share my cooking knowledge and skills with everyone from all over the world!
