Eiko was an oustanding host and provided us an excellent cooking and cultural experience on our last day in Japan. We made delicious dumplings... and ate too many of them during our time with Eiko. She also provided us tips on Ramen, which we did not make with her. Then she showed us how to dress in kimonos. She is warm and friendly and very interesting to converse with. My family had a great time. We highly recommend her.

It was wonderful learning to make gyoza with Eiko! She welcomed us with a warm hug on the station and walked us to her house. We made Pork/beef gyoza and pork/shrimp gyoza together. she teached us how to make the dough and how thin. she was very handson, and let us mix and if you are vegetarian or want other options for meat you can let her know before you come. she gave us lots of gifts (chopsticks, sensu and a textile wrap) and gave us the rest of the gyoza we couldn't eat (because we were full) to take home. she put music on from our home country and made us feel welcome with lots of questions about our visit to japan. we definitely recommend to all people to try a cooking lesson from Eiko! greetings from Joost and Mandel (from the netherlands)

I booked this class with my husband and two girls, we exchanged a few messages with Eiko prior to meeting her. She greeted us at a train station and guided us to her studio. We all had a great time learning her delicious guioza recipe from start to finish. After that we sat down for dinner, we ate a lot! All delicious! After dinner she gave us the opportunity to dress up on kimonos and all, what a nice surprise! She also gave us a souvenir that will be treasured. Eiko is very fun, kind, thoughtful and made our visit to Osaka unforgettable. We 100% recommend her! Thank you Eiko, from the bottom of our hearts!
