I've been working at an udon restaurant and English school as a teacher.

★★Sakura was great. Very friendly and energetic. Unfortunately the class was not so great. You only learn how to make the dough for udon noodles. Here is the class summary 1. Sakura (7/1/2019) started making udon noodles and teaches class. You will learn nothing about history, techniques, process, or anything of value because instructor doesn’t know herself. 2. We booked cooking for 2 but only received on piece of dough. So 50% time your are just hanging around. 3. You don’t make anything else but noodle. We asked about how we make the broth and her recommendation was a super market where it could be bought. With this said, my recommendation is type udon noodle into YouTube and save the money. If you want and overpriced experience then I would book with caution and hope for a better price.

★★★★★Really enjoyed this experience and highly recommend it. Sakura was lovely, very friendly and bubbly. The class was super easy to follow, and we received a recipe through email after so we could repeat udon making on our own at home! Thank you so much Sakura.

★★★★My husband and I had a great time learning to make Udon noodles with Sakura. She was very outgoing and encouraging. I would have liked to learn how to make the broth as well, but I understand there wasn't time. She also offered us an appetizer before we ate our Udon and then we had to pay for it at the end. She presented it as part of the meal. I told her that she should make it clear to guests that this is something else they should pay for. But for the price of the activity, I think it would have been nice for them to include an appetizer as well.

★★★★★Sally's udon class was amazing. It was very informative and the class was easy enough for a beginner cook like myself to understand. Best of all, being able to visit and eat in a Michelin udon restaurant was already worth the experience.
