●Gyoza (Hands On)
A mixture of minced meat, seafood, or grilled tofu and vegetables is wrapped in wheat flour or rice flour (gluten-free) skin and fried in a frying pan. This dish was served on the menu at the Athletes' Village at the Tokyo Olympics and became a favorite of athletes around the world.
I recommended to eat it with beer. The filling can be changed according to customer's preference.

A very popular snack that Japanese people want to eat all day long, traditionally made by hand-rolling delicious Japanese rice cooked in a traditional “hagama” (metal pot).
