At Umami Kitchen, we offer a special cooking class led by the head chef of a Michelin Bib Gourmand-awarded ramen restaurant.
In this class, you will make exquisite ramen, loved even by locals who wait over an hour for it, from scratch, including the noodles and broth. Unlike other cooking classes that end as just an experience, we will also teach you how to recreate the ramen at home! Learn about Japan's deep culinary culture and create memories beyond what typical tourism can offer.

Saburo: He is a ramen chef who has been recognized by Michelin with a Bib Gourmand award.
Hazuki: She is the operator of Umami Kitchen. Her goal is to teach authentic Japanese cuisine that can be recreated at home. She runs cooking classes with the aim of making Japanese cuisine a part of home cooking around the world.
