At Umami Kitchen, we offer a special cooking class led by the head chef of a Michelin Bib Gourmand-awarded ramen restaurant.

In this class, you will make exquisite ramen, loved even by locals who wait over an hour for it, from scratch, including the noodles and broth. Unlike other cooking classes that end as just an experience, we will also teach you how to recreate the ramen at home!
