Ramen and Gyoza are very popular food in Japan. I wanna share my recipes with you. In this hands-on class, You can learn homestyle dumpling juicy and savory "Gyoza" and "Ramen" at my kitchen. Ramen has many flavors. I will show you a healthy but tasty, little creamy and rich aromatic “Miso Ramen” in this class. (We don't make noodles and Gyoza skin from scrach but I can give you egg noodles recipe)
Making Gyoza is so fun ! It looks like a beautiful flower. We'll prepare the ingredients and make shape by hand. It seems difficult to make shape Gyoza, but don't worries, Anyone from adults to children can enjoy it together!

Miso Ramen is also popular noodles in Japan. There are many ramen flavors here but only few flavors can be cooked at home as homemade dishes. So I wanna share rich and savory Miso flavor Ramen.
There are many things to do for cooking. But don’t worry about it, I teach you how to cut vegetables, mixing, making Gyoza pate and perfect gyoza shape, making Miso based Aroma flavors soup step by step:)

I have a huge love for meeting new people and everything about food. When I lived in Hong Kong for 3 years in 2014, I've met a lot of people from various countries. I held home parties many times, and cooked Japanese meals together with them. At that time, I was pretty happy since they obviously enjoyed experiencing authentic Japanese meals and culture. This is my background to make up my mind to start the cooking class from 2017 in Tokyo. Then I restarted Japanese cooking class in London from 2018 for 6 years as Airbnb host. Had over 200 lovely guests there! Finally I came back to Japan, so It’s time to do it at new my home in Japan.
