Hideki was a kind and fun host! We booked this for our anniversary and he bought us Prosecco. We can tell that he does this because it's fun for him. The ramen was superb and easy to make! The Chashu was especially tasty. we were given a cooking lesson as a gift from our friends (Natasha and Tania). Paul and I had a fantastic time. Hide is professional and interesting. It was nice to be in his apartment kitchen and seeing him in action in his own environment. The food was delicious and Hide's direction and inclusiveness made the whole experience memorable. We enjoyed our meal together at the end of the lesson and would love to do it again sometime. Would definitely recommend Hide's cooking lesson to others.
