★★★★★ (7)Kaori is certified Raw food and Vegan Japanese Food instructor. She used to live Los Angels about 8 years in total. She loves to meet and chat with people come from overseas to exchange culture experience.
Rina grew up in Kobe. After graduating from high school, her mom recommended that she join ABC Cooking School to learn how to become a "good housewife". "In Japan you are considered to be a good wife based on your culinary skills", she Ikeda says. The upside to the course was after learning how to cook and eat healthy, she lost about 20kg very quickly. Rina then stopped using foundation on her face because her skin looked very healthy after learning how to eat properly. She now knows first hand from these life experiences how healthy Japanese food. That is why she is so passionate about sharing Japanese Cuisine, in English, to foreigners residing here in Japan. Or anyone that wants to learn English for that matter.

★★★★★While Rina did not teach this class as I had understood she would, Ms. Sakiko Minemura did and was wonderful. My sister and her husband had a great time and couldn't praise the experience highly enough. This enabled them to continue making ramen and gyoza on their own which I think they will enjoy for years to come. It sounds like gyoza are on their menu for the super bowl too.

★★★★★This was the first time I have participated in on-line cooking curse, bit stressed at the beginning. My stress gone immediately within first few minutes because Sakiko and her personality. Very relaxed conversation with all my questions answered and detail y explained. During this session I have decided to watch only without cooking by myself but after all I sure I would manage to follow instruction and cook by myself - of course all ingredients needs to be prepared prior lesson. Overall very satisfied with recipe, course and atmosphere!

★★★★★We really enjoyed the cooking class, it was a great opportunity to be invited into a local house in Tokyo. Kaori was knowledgeable and excited about cooking vegetarian and vegan Japanese food. We learned a lot from her. We would definitely recommend her class. The gyoza and dipping sauce were so flavorful that I didn’t miss the meat.

★★★★★My husband and I went to Japan for our last couple of vacation. An unusual choice but we loved it. Now our kids are envious because we got to cook and eat traditional Japanese meals. We are planning a family vacation to Japan soon.
