Hi, my name is Sachiko. I am a home chef.
I have a daughter and l cook almost everyday for my friends, family and foreign guests.
I used to work for a traditional Japanese restaurant.I learned all of my recipes at a Japanese restaurant.
I have experience living abroad,l have lived in China,Canada and America.
I would like to learn different cultures and talk to various people from different countries around the world.
My home is in Nakameguro and is located in Shibuya, the heart of Tokyo.
It has a lively and fashionable neighborhood.
It is also walking distance from Daikanyama and Ebisu.
You may enjoy strolling around these two most fashionable and popular residential areas of Tokyo.
You can enjoy seeing these areas before or after your class.
Despite being very close to Shibuya, you will find the neighborhood quieter and a little more laid back, definitely charming and very hip!
As part of my class,I am also willing to be your tour guide on some of Tokyo's hideout restaurants and cool sightseeing spots.
I am looking forward to seeing you.Let's enjoy cooking together:)

★We hoped to enjoy a cooking class, but unfortunately she hadn't secured any childcare for her young child. She (the child) ended up mixing in ingredients while dripping snot from her nose, dumped in way too much of certain ingredients, and we ended up leaving the class both because we were grossed out with the lack of cleanliness allowing her daughter to touch many things and then put her hands in the ingredients, and when her daughter threw a tantrum and cried as loud as she could for about three minutes before we excused ourselves and left. If you want to take a cooking class from this person, I suggest you verify that she has childcare taken care of that day. It was a shame because it was my partner's birthday and it was supposed to be a birthday surprise to learn to cook gyoza which she loves, and it ended up with us leaving for worry of the health of the food. She also said she sent a message to air kitchen to offer us at least a partial refund, but it's now been 3 months and no money has been returned. Really no good has come from this experience.
