I would like to give you my secret recipe and some tips for authentic and basic ramen that can be made at home. You will be able to recreate after you get back home.
We don’t make noodles, but use fresh noodles as we normally do at home in Japan.
We are concentrating on how to make richly flavored broth soup and really tasty char-siu and the other toppings from scratch.
Plus, my recipe is designed to be completed all of the instructions in this class time. You don’t have to simmer the broth for a long time.

Despite being very close to Shibuya, you will find the neighborhood quieter and a little more laid back, definitely charming and very hip!
