RuralSoba Making Experience
Handmade soba moodles were often made in Japanese rural homes. It is a little different from the soba made by the craftsmen of the soba shop, but it is thick, short ,but the freshly made moodles are very tasty and the scent of soba is exceptional.Let's make soba noodles in a country house together.

Cooking Class Information

In this cooking class, we make handmade buckwheat noodles in the countryside together.
When the weather is nice, go to the fields and harvest vegetables for cooking. Then make soba and tempura in the kitchen.
Each participant receives his apron, buckwheat flour, water and balls. The amount of water added to buckwheat flour depends on the humidity in the air. Since it varies depending on the day, add it little by little while watching the situation. The buckwheat flour will whisper for a while. When it is done well, stretch it flat with a rolling pin and fold it. Next, cut with a knife to make noodles. If you boil it in a large pot, you can choose either zaru soba (cold) or kake soba (warm) according to your preference. Also, make and eat dish vegetable that goes well with soba.
