Hand-made soba noodles in my home use organically grown soba noodles in this village. Mr. Nishimura, a soba teacher, has taught many people for 10 years. Making soba is difficult, but the teacher will teach you carefully. Make soba with your teacher and eat.

Cooking Class Information

In this cooking class, we make handmade soba together. Nishimura-sensei makes buckwheat noodles with a stone mill and brings them to my house. Add water to the buckwheat flour and knead it by hand. Then spread it with a cotton swab. If you cut evenly with a knife, you will have a hand-made soba noodle. Depending on the season, eat with soba or warm. You can take it home.
