In this cooking class, we make handmade soba together. Nishimura-sensei makes buckwheat noodles with a stone mill and brings them to my house. Add water to the buckwheat flour and knead it by hand. Then spread it with a cotton swab. If you cut evenly with a knife, you will have a hand-made soba noodle. Depending on the season, eat with soba or warm. You can take it home.
My house is in a rural Kyoto.
I make vegetables and fruits organically at home.
