Ou soup stock is made of fish.
Ramen is a noodle soup dish and perhaps one of the most popular Japanese dishes. There are many flavours of ramen, such as Shoyu (soy sauce) ramen, Miso ramen, Tonkotsu (pork bone) ramen and so on. Common toppings are Chashu (braised pork), Negi (green onion) and Nori (dried seaweed).
・Preparation for Ramen
1.) To fillet fish which is mackerel
2.) To cook soup
3.) To cook marinated egg named "Nitamago"
4.) To cook mackerel by boiling for Ramen topping.
・Cooking for Ramen
It's all process which is boiling noodle, grilling mackerel, topping "Nitamago" and bamboo to cook it completely.
