Make perfect ramen and two kinds of Gyoza

  • Ramen


    Ramen is a noodle soup dish and perhaps one of the most popular Japanese dishes. There are many flavours of ramen, such as Shoyu (soy sauce) ramen, Miso ramen, Tonkotsu (pork bone) ramen and so on. Common toppings are Chashu (braised pork), Negi (green onion) and Nori (dried seaweed).

  • Gyoza


    Gyoza is a dumpling using wrapping thing dough to hold the inner ingredients. Most commonly, minced pork, cabbage, Garlic and Leek. The origin of Gyoza is from China but it has evolved uniquely in Japan and now quite different from the Chinese one.

Cooking Class Information

Special experience of making Ramen and Gyoza (dumplings).
Ramen and Gyoza are the best combination. However, the cooking method is completely different. Get both techniques with us!

Class schedule--- 11:30 - 14:00 or 17:30 - 20:00
*14:30 start class is not available.

Program--- In this class, you make noodles from scratch. Also, you learn how to cook two types of Gyoza.

*We provide an apron during the lesson!

Hello! I am Fumi! I retired a big company and started Japanese cooking class 'Sakura cook' 2017. As the owner and chief instructor, have a dream of spreading Japanese food all over the world. Your instructors and I look forward to sharing Japanese food culture with you through our cooking classes.
