Make three kinds of Vegan and Vegetarian ramen (The total amount of noodles is 100g)
1. Salt Ramen
Topping: sweet mushroom, bean sprouts, seaweed
2. Soy sauce Ramen
Topping: steamed cabbage, green vegetables, sweet corn
3. Miso Ramen
Topping: Spicy eggplant, paprika, green onion
*Served with dessert

Ingredient information
Noodles: wheat flour, salt, baking soda
Toppings: vegetables, seaweed
Base soup: Kelp (a kind of seaweed)
Seasonings: salt, sugar, soy sauce (soy, wheat), cooking sake (rice, alcohol), mirin (rice, alcohol), miso (rice, soy), toubanjian (pepper, miso, sugar, garlic, soy oil), ginger, garlic, sesame

  • Ramen


    Ramen is a noodle soup dish and perhaps one of the most popular Japanese dishes. There are many flavours of ramen, such as Shoyu (soy sauce) ramen, Miso ramen, Tonkotsu (pork bone) ramen and so on. Common toppings are Chashu (braised pork), Negi (green onion) and Nori (dried seaweed).

  • Rice


    Rice is a staple food in Japan. In all most every family, there is a rice cooker. There is variety of Japanese rice brands such as Koshihikari and Hitomebore.

  • Sake


    Japanese popular alcoholic drink must be Sake, or called Nihonshu, made from fermented rice. The foundation of good sake is quality rice, clean water, koji mold and yeast. Premium sake differentiates itself in quality of ingredients and production process, so that flavors ranges light and crisp to richer, fruity notes.

There are many kinds of Japanese ramen. Just by changing seasonings and ingredients, you can enjoy a variety of rich flavors.

Class schedule--- 11:30 - 14:00 or 17:30 - 20:00
*14:30 start class is not available.

Program--- In this class, you make noodles from scratch. Also, you learn how to make three types of soup and delicious topping ingredients for Vegan and vegetarians.
