★★★★★Nous avons passé un très bon moment avec Eiko. Nous avons cuisiné les Onigiri, les Ramen. Eiko nous a fait la surprise d’apprendre en plus, à faire aussi les Takoyaki autour d’un petit verre de saké spécial Sakura pour célébrer notre voyage de noce. Nous aurions beaucoup aimé apprendre à cuisiner le bœuf ou la bardane que l’on a mis dans les onigiri. Malgré la différence des langues. Un mix d’anglais et de traducteur japonais (merci Google translate !) se fut parfait ! Une agréable rencontre !!! Merci Eiko pour ton accueil si chaleureux.
