Gyoza
Traditional Japanese grilled pork dumplings(gyoza)are one of the most well-loved dishes in Japan. Best when grilled to a golden brown color, enjoy with soy sause and vinegar dipping sause.
In this cooking class, we will cook Japanese gyoza (dumplings) together!
Learn how to wrap ingredients with the wrappers and form the gyoza skin.
We will tell you how to wash the ingredients at 50 degrees and how to make gyoza using koji (fermenting malt).
We cook white rice using koji. I also use it in miso soup.
Fermented foods delight the body.
You get to eat dessert after the meal!
