・Gyoza Dumpling
Gyoza is a Japanese dumpling made by wrapping meat, cabbage, leek, etc. in a skin made of thin flour.
Gyoza is loved much all over the world.
You can have them anywhere, but almost of it is frozen one, or less inside, means too small.
If you make yourself, you can be satisfied with original taste.
And it's very easy to make dough. You don't need special ingredients.
We will meet at B&B UnagiInn.
~Prepare the dough~
First, cut and chop some vegetables.
Put pork mince and seasonings in it, and knead well.
~Wrap it~
We wrap each dumpling up.
You need a bit technique to wrap it, so I will teach you how you can make beautiful.
It seems difficult to make, but no worries!
You can have a good experience, and show how to make in your country:)
~Steam fry on a pan~
Fry the dumolings on the pan well.
